Tour de Konstytucja coming to London

KOD UK welocmed the participants and main organisers of Tour de Konstytucja,. Tour de Konstytucja, featured last year in the Guardian brings the debate about rule of law, independence of the judiciary, human rights and the right to a fair trial into Polish cities, towns and villages.
